And now the question of the day.  If "queue" is a BLUE MOON word, are "ueue" really silent letters or are they technically the "oooo" sound?

What the Japanese delegate says: "That would be very difficult." 

What the Japanese delegate means: "No!" 

What the American delegate hears: "Make some practical suggestions to help us work this out!"
